Brett Kressley & Chris Esposito Split Twin 25 Wins at Grandview

After four weeks of rain, Grandview decided to schedule Twin 25 Modified features to take advantage of what has become the rare opportunity to race in April or May.  Brett Kressley was ready for the task and came from his 16th starting position to pass Eddie Strada on lap 23 in lapped traffic for the win of the first twin 25 feature.

In the nightcap it was longtime Grandview veteran Chris Esposito starting from the outside pole and passing Carroll Hines III on lap 8 to take the lead.  Chris then held off Timmy Buckwalter through 3 restarts and for the final 17 laps to take his first modified win.

Heat race winners for the 43-car modified field were Eddie Strada (from 1st), Justin Grim (from 3rd), Duane Howard (from 1st), and Ron Haring (from 2nd).

Doug Manmiller (from 1st) and Logan Baumann (from 2nd) won their consolation races.
